FIRST FLOOR:

•  A designated information station with your booklet, house rules, amenities, and recommendations for local events/businesses can be found under the TV stand. If you are reading this, you have found it.

• Living room: with comfortable couches (one expands), beautiful modern farmhouse design and decoration and a flat screen (inches) TV.  Extras: Netflix and Disney + included free of charge, Amazon Alexa for ambiance.

• Master Bedroom: features an award-winning Queen-size Nectar Mattress (awards for Best Memory Foam Mattress and Best Back Pain Mattress for 2021) that provides a cooling feature. Our bed sheets are premium hotel luxury extra soft microfiber 1800 Thread count, hypoallergenic, and cooling. Our sleeping pillows are designed for comfort from memory foam and provide cooling gel relief. Enjoy a restful sleep with our darkening blinds or curtains. Extras: noise making machine in nightstand, phone charger, extension cord, fresh set of towels

• Second bedroom: features Women’s Choice Awards iComfort Serta Series ultra-conforming gel and memory foam mattress designed to support and cool, especially great for people with back issues. Our sleeping pillows are designed for comfort from memory foam and provide cooling gel relief. Our bed sheets are premium hotel luxury extra soft microfiber 1800 Thread count, hypoallergenic, and cooling. Enjoy a restful sleep with our darkening blinds or curtains. • Modern Bathroom:  with a stand-up shower can be located immediately upon entry straight across from the front door. Extras: First aid kit, flat iron for hair, iron for clothes and a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, feminine products, body lotion and more. 

• Kitchen/Dining area: Our kitchen is fully functional with a full-size stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, electric kettle, and coffee maker. Utensils, cooking pots and pans, as well as baking dishes and glassware are provided. Please note that the current table set up is for display purposes for 4 people. There is a matching table bench in the Sunroom that can be used to comfortably sit 3 additional people on one side, which will expand the occupancy of the table to 7.  Extras: We have a wire rack stocked with red and white wines, available with extra charge. 

• Sunroom: Use to drink your morning coffee, as a meditation room or simply to hang out, this room will provide tranquility and relaxation. Perfect place to have a glass of wine in the evening under the twinkling lights as a background. Extras: yoga mat and 5 lb weights available upon request. 

SECOND FLOOR:

• Third Bedroom

Our third bedroom features two twin size beds, one with a trundle bed, comfortably sleeping up to 3 people. Each bed has a quality mattress and a memory foam mattress topper, covered in bamboo cooling mattress protector. Enjoy a restful sleep with our darkening blinds or curtains. Our Papasan chair is all kids’ favorite in that room! Extras: Phone charger, extension cord, fresh set of towels. If you need to use the trundle bed, please let us know in advance so we can prepare it for you.

• Workstation 

We provide a designated workstation area with a desk, a chair, desk lamp and file organizer. Extras: You have an option to directly access our WiFi equipment should you prefer to do so.

• Recreation area

Our recreational area is designed for fun and relaxation. Play a game of chess or other board game, do a puzzle, read a book or play magnetic darts. Extras: board games, books, darts in a wicker trunk and in the closet. 

• Washer and Dryer

You have a washer and dryer at your disposal in the basement area of the cottage.

OUTDOORS:

For your convenience we have:

• A designated dining area on the patio. Please, fold the umbrella when not in use to prevent wind damage.
• A BBQ grill- please, use with caution! When done using, please turn off the gas valve to prevent accidents. Cleaning the grill after use is your responsibility.
• A hammock- Please, use with caution and at your own risk. Do not let young children unattended near it.  Withstands up to 220lbs.
• Firepit- please, use with caution and at your own risk. When done using, add a glass of water to the fire to extinguish completely. Do not leave the area unattended and do not use with young children around.
• Outdoor sitting around the firepit with lights- pull up a chair and enjoy the evening ocean breeze, just make sure you wear bug spray, sometimes there are mosquitos.
• Quiet outdoor corner with a flower planter, seating for two.

• Parking

• At the house: On premises we have 3 parking spaces in our driveway. We have 1 parking space on the street directly in front of the house as well. Please, do not park in front of our neighbors’ properties!
• On the beach: our town allows parking permits to residents only tied to the specific license plate of the driver, that is why unfortunately we cannot provide you with a parking pass for the beach itself. However, we are a 15 min walking distance to Walnut Beach and we do provide a buggy to transport your belongings.

The local police authorities are very strict with parking rules.

To avoid any penalties and tickets, please park ONLY in the designated parking spaces with a parking meter and pay for the timeframe you need!

We love kids and would like to provide extras to make your stay more comfortable.

What we can provide upon request FREE of charge:

• Baby Toys and books (there is already designated game corner for older kids with board games and magnetic dart board)
• Stroller (regular or umbrella) upon request.

• Beach equipment and towels

For your convenience we are providing a number of beach items for FREE. Please, clean of any sand, dry wet items and return to the designated area upon your departure. We ask you to treat these items as your own and pass them to the next guests in a great condition:

• Beach cart/buggy- we are a walking distance to the beach and considering that parking is not always available, we would advise that you use the cart to walk to the beach.

• Folding beach chairs– please, dry off completely, clean off sand and return to the designated area inside.

• Beach towels– please, wash, fold and return after use in the designated area.

• Beach toys for the little ones– please, take care that the set stays together. We want our future little guests to enjoy the toys as well.

• Beach umbrella– take it with you at the beach and enjoy a bit of a shade

• Beach tent with UV protection– especially great for the little ones!

Missing and damaged items will result in additional charges! Please, be responsible with the items provided to you for free.
