We understand that your privacy is of paramount importance, and we wish to provide you with complete reassurance in this regard. To that end, we would like to disclose the presence of certain security measures on the premises. These measures have been implemented solely with your safety and comfort in mind.

The security measures in place include the following:

  1. One camera installed at the front door smart lock.
  2. One camera positioned to monitor the front entrance area.
  3. One camera dedicated to observing the back door.

We would like to emphasize that all these cameras are situated in exterior locations, and they do not have any visibility into private or interior spaces. Furthermore, we want to underscore that none of these cameras are recording footage. Your privacy is fully safeguarded during your stay.

Additionally, we have installed a Minut (short-term rental approved) noise and occupancy sensor in the backyard area. We wish to clarify that this sensor is not equipped with recording capabilities either. Its purpose is purely to ensure the peaceful and comfortable enjoyment of our property by monitoring noise levels and occupancy for your convenience.
