House Rules

We are excited to host you and your family!

In order for your trip to be relaxing and stress-free, for you as well as for us, we ask you to please read and acknowledge the house rules below.

Please, be advised that non-compliance with any of the rules can result in additional fees and/or cancelation of your reservation. The host reserves the right to involve the authorities shall the guests behavior not adhere to the rules and in cases of disturbances.

  • Please NO shoes in the house

Leave your shoes in the sunroom (there is a shoe rack provided) or in the designated area near the front door. Keep the sand at the beach. There is a hose on the back of the house to wash your feet.

  • Occupants

7 guests maximum. Unannounced overnight guests will result in additional charges.

  • Checkout

*CHECKOUT is 11am SHARP*

We must get the house ready for the next guests. You will be charged $50/hour against your deposit for every hour past 11am.

Message us on Airbnb messenger if your departure plans change.

  • Parties and Noise

Please be advised that parties, social events and gatherings are NOT allowed at our vacation home. We care very much about our neighbors, and we ask of you to do the same. Please, be considerate and respectful.  

  • No Pets

While we love pets, however, we unfortunately cannot accommodate pets at the property at this time due to allergy reasons.

We have a strict no pet policy, no exceptions.

  • No Smoking, Vaping or Incense Burning Indoors

No smoking, vaping or incense burning anywhere inside the house, including the sunroom. Smoking outside and in the yard is acceptable. NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • Summertime

Please be mindful of suntan lotions and oils transferring on furniture and bedding, the walls etc.

  • Heat, A/C and Lights

Please, turn off lights when you’re not home. In the summer keep the windows closed when the A/C is on and don’t turn off the 2nd floor A/C to maintain temperature.

  • Laundry

Upon departure, please remove the sheets and pillowcases and place them in a pile with your used towels.
